· The courier will bring the appliance into your home and open the box to check for damages.
· Debris removal, installation, or haul away is not included.
Delivery to Room of Choice (up to 7 steps with 2 movers):
· The courier will deliver to the room of your choice, up to 7 steps with 2 movers.
· If there are more than 7 steps, and/or more movers are required, the courier will charge the customer a fee.
· The fee is dependent on the number of steps and the number of movers required to get the appliance to the desired location.
· These fees are determined by the courier and are out of FORNO's control.
All other brands include free curbside shipping:
· The courier will bring the appliance to your property but not inside your home, garage, porch, etc.

Tracking & Delivery Scheduling
Most customers receive tracking information 3–5 business days after placing an order. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 1–2 business days for tracking details to populate.
FORNO returns must be requested within 30 days of your delivery date. We are unable to process returns submitted after this period. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including the box and pallet, to qualify for a return.
Restocking Fee Please note, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items Accessories including but not limited to: chimneys, extensions, crown moldings, trim kits, brass burners, griddles, and similar items are not eligible for return.
